Via your
plan's Web site, participants have real-time
access to their individual accounts on our
system. Your plan's Web site offers inquiry
functions as well as the transactions identified
in our VRS services below. Online, participants
can obtain their account balances and vested
balances, check share prices and review
recent transactions. A participant may model
and initiate a loan, make fund transfers,
reallocate future contributions and change
their PIN numbers. Web site access is available
to particpants 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week, except for a period on Sunday mornings
that may be used for maintenance if necessary.
KeyTalk®
The VRS
is our own real-time voice response system.

account by accessing our system and not
running from a copy. Through the VRS, participants
may:
Enroll online
Set or change deferral percentage
Obtain share prices
Change allocation of future
deposits

Establish Dollar Cost Averaging
or Portfolio Rebalancer
The VRS is accessible 24 hours a day, 7
days a week, except for a period on Sunday
morning that may be used for maintenance
if necessary. The VRS is also available
in Spanish and there is a toll free number
for the hearing impaired. Participants may
choose to speak to a customer service representative
during normal business hours. All of our
customer service representatives are Series
6 and Series 63 registered and are trained
on all aspects of plan administration.
Dollar
Cost Averaging & Portfolio Rebalancer
Two unique features
we offer include Dollar Cost Averaging and
a Portfolio Rebalancer, allowing participants
greater flexibility in managing their accounts.
Both of these features are available on
your plan's Web site as well as KeyTalk®.
Our Dollar Cost
Averaging option gives plan participants
the ability to transfer a set dollar amount
each period from one investment option to
another. For example, a participant may
want to move from a money market or guaranteed
fund to one or more mutual fund options.
This allows participants who want to move
into the market a systematic method for
transferring balances into mutual fund options,
thus minimizing market timing risk.
The participant
may select any dollar amount ($100 minimum)
and frequency (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually,
or annually). The dollar cost averaging
option remains in effect until the participant
cancels it or until the option he/she is
transferring from is depleted or insufficient
to transfer the designated amount. This
option is available through our VRS and
the Internet.
Portfolio
Rebalancer
Once a participant
has selected an asset allocation model, the
Portfolio Rebalancer gives participants the
ability to maintain their account balance
in a set asset percentage. The participant
may select a frequency of quarterly, semi-annually,
or annually. At the interval selected by the
participant, the system looks at the participant's
account balance and automatically sets up
a transfer to move the necessary dollars among
the funds to maintain the selected asset mix.
The system will warn the participants if
they have omitted any funds that currently
have a balance as these funds will be depleted
the first time the rebalancer process runs.
The rebalancer option remains in effect
until the participant cancels it. This option
is available through our VRS and the Internet.
In addition, we offer a one-time rebalancer
that will automatically transfer the necessary
dollars based on the current account balance.
This option is extremely popular with participants
who want to establish their asset mix.
Self-Directed
Brokerage Window
We offer an integrated
self-directed brokerage window through TD Ameritrade and Charles Schwab.
Plans may allow participants to purchase the
full array of investments including over 9,000
mutual funds as well as stocks and bonds,
or the plan may restrict the brokerage account
to mutual funds only. Individual securities
such as employer stock, securities under a
certain dollar amount and bulletin board
stocks may be restricted as well. Participants
also have access to a vast array of research
tools available on the provider's
Web site.
Participants transfer money between the
core retirement plan and TD Ameritrade or Charles Schwab by logging on to their plan's Web site.
Balances in the self-directed account are
updated daily on our system and are shown
on participant statements. A detailed statement
of activity and balances is sent to the
participant by the self-directed brokerage provider quarterly,
and monthly if activity occurs during a
given month.
Participant
Statement
A detailed
participant statement summarizing in-quarter
activity is mailed directly to participants
generally within 15 business days from quarter
end. Individualized participant statements
show:
Fund returns
Individual rate
of return
Asset allocation
graphs
Beginning / ending
balances
Vesting and loan
informaion
Expenses
Forfeitures
Combination
