Enroll in the 403b Plan
To enroll, please enter your SSN along with the following information in the appropriate fields below:

  • Your Social Security Number (SSN)
  • Plan Number - 350224-02
  • Password - fcps403b
Click here to go to the "Online Enrollment" screen and follow the instructions. You will then create your own personalized account information including a secure PIN number. Once completed, be sure to click on Submit and print your confirmation number for your reference.

If your enrollment is received in good order prior to the 20th of the month, your account will be established at the 1st of the following month. If any information is entered incorrectly, a Great-West representative will contact you to update accordingly. Incorrect information may delay your enrollment in the Plan.
